The Basics of Emotional Intelligence

General objective: This program aims to build a solid foundation in Emotional Intelligence by developing emotional awareness through self-knowledge and bonding with oneself, one's emotions, and the team.

Expected benefits: Improved empathy, group cohesion, diversity management, leadership, and emotional management in work teams.

Specific content: We will work on different models of Emotional intelligence, with special emphasis on the theory of the Universe of Emotions by the doctor in Psychopedagogy, Rafael Bisquerra (2022), to understand, review, and welcome our relationship and management with each of the families of emotions formulated by this model. Becoming emotionally literate will serve as the basis for work on Emotional Intelligence and its competencies.

Structure of the sessions:

- Welcome of the participants- Presentation of the emotional family to be discovered- Dynamics of exploration and emotional understanding Embracing Humanity
- Sharing and commitment to action- Acknowledgements

Recommended duration: 8 sessions of two hours, 16 hours

Modalities: In-company, Online, or hybrid.
