Cross-Cultural Training

General objective: To develop the cultural competence of its participants, to face a globalized world, where its actors and collaborators come from cultures with very different configurations from each other.

Expected benefits: Conflict management, group cohesion, diversity management, assertive communication, resilience, and self-knowledge.

Specific content: This training aims to present the main models of Cultural Intelligence currently available, primarily based on Dr. David Livermore's "Leading with Cultural Intelligence."

Based on his work, we will present a training course on intercultural competence to help prepare for, understand, and implement appropriate behaviors for interacting with people from other cultures.

- Presentation of Cultural Intelligence content
- Dynamics of exploration and practice for the integration of Embracing Humanity
- Sharing and commitment to action
- Acknowledgements

Recommended duration: 11 sessions of two-hour duration, 22 hours

Modalities: In-company Face-to-face, online, or Hybrid.
