Effective and Respectful Communication

General objective: This training aims to provide practical tools for respectful communication in day-to-day professional work, both with external and internal clients of the team.

Specific content: This training provides applied communication tools that help participants improve their clarity, communication, assertiveness, and effectiveness in their conversations.

Learn from the most influential authors and communication scholars of the moment to bring maximum respect and efficiency to your personal and professional interactions.

The sessions will be based primarily on the book "Argue Less and Talk More" by attorney and effective communication advisor Jefferson Fischer.

Structure of the sessions:

Recommended duration: 14 sessions of two hours, 28 hours.
