Applied Methodology

The methodology used by Embracing Humanity is respectful (participation agreements, self-care, and behavior at the beginning of the session), experiential (learning by doing), experiential (transferable learning), and diverse (music, art, metaphors, writings, dynamics, presentations, videos, and outings). All this helps us to awaken our most essential human part and become aware of the strengths and improvement points that we all have, exercising creativity to translate the learning acquired in the sessions into our personal and professional day-to-day life (action plan, SMART objectives, and follow-up commitments), guaranteeing the transfer and usefulness of the training.

Outdoor Training

Structured methodology, use of pedagogical tempos and group learning, with a focus on the intention of scheduling the facilitation sessions to take advantage of all the time allocated to emotional training.

Creativity

Co-creation, use of expression, creativity, and play to maintain the necessary openness to incorporate the learning into the sessions, without losing the objective and justification of each technique used. Curiosity and non-judgment are key to our actions.

Outdoor Training

In Outdoor training, we incorporate innovative activities, preferably in natural spaces and contexts different from those of our day-to-day lives, to enhance openness through novelty and contact with nature, thereby promoting learning, as neuroscience tells us.
