Creating cultures of well-being
General objective: This program aims to implement a preventive, humane organizational culture that helps create healthy, enjoyable jobs, thereby avoiding the emergence of psychosocial risks typical of the current world of work, such as stress, burnout, mobbing, and conflicts, among others.
Expected benefits: Prevention of psychosocial risks, positive work environment, job satisfaction, promotion of humanistic values, talent loyalty, alignment, and group cohesion.
Specific content: In this third level of training in Emotional Intelligence, we focus on building a work environment that welcomes and manages contact and day-to-day operations in our company, based on the work in Values-Action. Inspired by the principles of Emotional Ecology and Kindness in Action of Fundació Àmbit, created by Jaume Soler and Maria Mercè Conangla, we will integrate humanist values into the company's own values to ensure a competitive team culture that respects its workers.
Structure of the sessions:
- Welcome of the participants- Presentation of the Value-Action to be worked on- Dynamics of exploration and integration of the Value-action Embracing Humanity
- Sharing and commitment to action- Acknowledgements
Recommended duration: 12 sessions of two hours, 24 hours
Modalities: In-company, online, or hybrid.
